As an improved 2022 version, there’s so much difference in the YZ125. At first look, the sleek and modern look captures your attention. The new cockpit is engineered to give the rider maximum control to move around more easily.
Plus, the fuel tank is narrower, the seat is flatter, and the shrouds are much slimmer. Even though it took Yamaha 15 years for this remodel, I’m sold! But there’s more to the new YZ125.

After the first ride with Yamaha YZ125 and reading several reviews, I can confidently say that I had a blast and that this model is a significant jump forward.
The new 2020 Yamaha YZ125 comes with a lot of impressive upgrades. The liquid-cooled 2-stroke engine offers a powerful and solid performance for an extended period. YZ125 also has rigid but smooth acceleration, competing with mid and high-end models.
The suspension on YZ125 is also top-quality, delivering world-class handling. Generally, the Yamaha YZ125 is among the top bikes in the 125cc segment.
